Leadership Training (LT) is a 7 week intensive program designed for students to grow in their faith as Christians. We believe that God demands that leaders in His Church have Godly character (1 Timothy 3). Therefore, a lot of time is devoted to helping students (including me) grow in their dependence on Christ. Our dream is that God will transform the lives of students this summer, who will be fully devoted followers of Jesus for the rest of their lives.
So far, LT has been really successful. I am leading a small group of six guys and it has been great to see how each of them has grown already. Below is a little blurb that one of them wrote explaining what God has been doing in his life.
